Scope
This policy covers the MarginMiner website, deal-search API, and local settlement workspace. MarginMiner is independent software and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by any listed affiliate network or merchant.
Searches and marketplace data
Search terms sent through the public workspace are processed by the MarginMiner server and, after production approval, by the connected commerce, promotion, and marketplace APIs. Ordinary request metadata may be retained temporarily by hosting infrastructure for delivery, abuse prevention, and security.
Affiliate links and third-party tracking
In live mode, product and promotion links can contain network and non-personal tracking IDs. When a visitor affirmatively clicks one of those links, the selected network or merchant may use cookies or similar technology to attribute an eligible click, lead, or purchase under its own privacy terms. MarginMiner does not trigger affiliate tracking without a user click.
Settlement files
Affiliate-network transaction CSV files selected in the settlement panel are parsed locally in the browser. Their contents are not uploaded to the MarginMiner server. Clearing or refreshing the page removes the in-memory result.
Secrets and publishing
Provider secrets, campaign settings, outbound-router signing keys, admin tokens, and publishing webhook credentials are stored only as encrypted deployment environment variables. Health endpoints return configuration status but never secret values.
Sharing and retention
The application is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Data is not sold to data brokers. Marketplace credentials and approved publishing settings are retained until rotated or removed by the account owner.
Contact and rights
Use the support channel for a privacy or deletion request. Never place credentials, settlement files, payment details, or personal data in a public issue.
